자비네 베르크만폴(독일어: Sabine Bergmann-Pohl, 1946년 4월 20일 ~ )은 독일의 의사이자 정치가로 서독과 재통일되기 전에 동독의 마지막 지도자를 지낸 것으로 유명하다.
